Should I buy a package first or request the audit first?
Start with the free audit. It tells you whether your listing images are actually the weak link and which package makes sense, if any.
Is this just AI-generated?
No. AI tools help speed up production, but the service is research-led and designer-reviewed. A human reviews image hierarchy, brand fit, Amazon compliance, and practical listing improvement.
What can I send if I do not have professional photos?
Send what you have: current Amazon images, supplier or manufacturer photos, packaging shots, product thumbnails, simple phone photos, brand guidelines, and competitor listings you like or dislike. You do not normally need to ship us the physical product — the available assets are the source material. If they create a real limitation for a specific image, we flag it before the paid work begins.
How is this different from generating AI images myself?
AI tools can create images, but they do not know your category, competitor set, buyer objections, Amazon image hierarchy, or what your listing specifically needs. Shot Creative uses AI as part of production, but the direction comes from listing research and human review.
Do you review for Amazon image rules?
Every package includes a review against known Amazon image rules for main image requirements, background standards, text restrictions, and image formatting. Category-specific enforcement can still vary.
What if I do not like the images?
Starter Pack and Pro / Full Listing Refresh include 1 revision round. Brand System / Storefront Add-on includes 2 revision rounds. Revisions should be specific and tied to the original intake, brand direction, or listing goal.
Can you match my existing brand?
Yes. The intake asks for brand colors, fonts, existing assets, and style references so the image set feels like it belongs to your product.
Why not a general freelancer or template tool?
General creative tools can make images look cleaner, but they do not usually start with Amazon-specific image hierarchy, main image clarity, benefit callouts, category patterns, and conversion-focused listing visuals.
