Shot Creative helps Amazon sellers review and improve their product listing images. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you contact us or request a free audit.
Information We Collect
We may collect information you choose to send us, including:
- Your name, email address, business name, and contact details.
- Amazon ASINs, product links, listing screenshots, brand assets, product photos, and competitor examples.
- Project details such as category, target customer, goals, deadlines, and creative preferences.
- Messages, intake form responses, revision notes, and audit requests.
How We Use Information
We use submitted information to:
- Review your listing and prepare a free audit or project recommendation.
- Plan, produce, revise, and deliver Amazon listing image work.
- Respond to questions, provide support, and manage project communication.
- Improve our service, process, templates, and website experience.
- Send relevant follow-up messages about your inquiry or project.
AI-Assisted Production
Shot Creative may use AI-assisted tools as part of image strategy, concepting, scene creation, design production, and quality control. Information shared for a project may be used inside those tools when needed to produce the requested work. We avoid submitting unnecessary sensitive information and recommend that clients do not send passwords, private account access, customer lists, payment details, or confidential materials that are not required for the image work.
Sharing Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate the business, such as email, file storage, form, payment, analytics, design, and AI production tools. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or to complete a business transfer.
Client Materials
You remain responsible for making sure you have the right to share product photos, logos, brand assets, and listing materials with us. We use those materials to provide the requested service and may keep project files for reference, revisions, quality control, and recordkeeping unless you ask us to delete them where feasible.
Portfolio Use
We will not publicly publish private project materials, before-and-after examples, or client-identifying work as portfolio content without permission. We may describe learnings or anonymized examples in a way that does not reasonably identify you or your business.
Data Retention
We keep submitted information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, deliver the service, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and improve our process. You may request deletion of your information, and we will honor reasonable requests unless retention is needed for legal, security, or business record reasons.
Your Choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete information you have sent us. You can also ask us to stop follow-up messages related to marketing. Transactional or project-related messages may still be sent when necessary to complete work you requested.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no website, email, storage system, or AI tool is perfectly secure. Do not send highly sensitive information unless we specifically request it and agree on a secure method.
Children
Shot Creative is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
