These terms govern your use of the Shot Creative website, free listing audit, and Amazon listing image services. By requesting an audit, contacting us, or buying services, you agree to these terms.
Services
Shot Creative provides Amazon listing image strategy, audits, AI-assisted image production, design direction, and related creative services. Specific deliverables, pricing, timelines, revisions, and file formats are defined on the relevant service page, proposal, invoice, or written project agreement.
Free Audits
Free audits are informational and based on the listing materials available at the time of review. They do not guarantee sales, ranking, click-through rate, conversion rate, ad performance, Amazon approval, or any other business outcome.
Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, usable product references, brand assets, listing details, and timely feedback. You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide can legally be used for the project, including product images, logos, packaging, claims, certifications, screenshots, and competitor examples.
Amazon Compliance
We design with Amazon listing conventions and known image requirements in mind, but Amazon policies may change and enforcement can vary by category, marketplace, and reviewer. You are responsible for reviewing final assets before upload and confirming that your listing, product claims, and images comply with Amazon rules and applicable laws.
AI-Assisted Work
Shot Creative may use AI tools to support concepting, scene generation, production, editing, and quality control. AI-assisted work can occasionally contain artifacts, inaccuracies, or unrealistic details. We perform human review and cleanup, but you are responsible for final approval before publishing assets in your listing.
Revisions
Revision rounds are limited to the scope stated in the selected package or written agreement. Revisions cover reasonable changes to improve the agreed deliverables. New concepts, new products, new claims, major direction changes, or requests outside the original scope may require a new quote or additional fee.
Timeline
Delivery timelines begin after we receive the required intake materials, product references, and payment when applicable. Delays in client feedback, missing assets, unclear direction, or requests outside scope may extend timelines.
Payments and Refunds
Paid work may require upfront payment before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Because creative service work reserves time and starts production quickly, payments are generally non-refundable once work has begun. If a project is cancelled before work starts, refund eligibility will be reviewed case by case.
Ownership and Usage
After full payment, you may use final approved deliverables for your own Amazon listing, ecommerce pages, ads, and related product marketing. Drafts, unused concepts, production files, prompts, methods, templates, internal strategy documents, and rejected directions remain the property of Shot Creative unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Portfolio Use
We will not publicly publish client-identifying work, private listing materials, or before-and-after examples without permission. If permission is granted, we may use approved work in our portfolio, case studies, sales materials, and social content.
No Performance Guarantee
Shot Creative aims to improve listing image clarity, trust, and presentation. We do not guarantee specific sales, ranking, conversion, revenue, ad, or marketplace outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including product-market fit, pricing, reviews, traffic, competition, inventory, advertising, seasonality, and Amazon policy decisions.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shot Creative is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a paid project is limited to the amount you paid Shot Creative for that specific project.
Website Use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, copy materials for competing services, or submit unlawful, misleading, infringing, or harmful content.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the website or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
